Carrot Terms of Use

Welcome to Carrot, a coloring book app designed for kids! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Carrot app (“App”), developed by Peter Tretiakov. By using Carrot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• Carrot is intended for children with parental supervision.
• You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not misuse the App or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

2. Content You Import

• Carrot allows you to import your own coloring pages (images and PDFs).
• Imported files are stored only on your device and are never shared with us.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and import any files into the App.

3. Saving and Exporting

• When you choose to save a colored image to your iOS Photo Library, Carrot will ask for add-only access.
• Carrot cannot read or browse your existing Photo Library.

4. Privacy

• Your and your child’s privacy are extremely important to us.
• Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your data and privacy.

5. Purchases

• Carrot offers a free version with limited features.
• An optional paid subscription unlocks additional tools and features.
• Payments are handled securely through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content included in the App (except user-imported files) — including artwork, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

• We may update the App and these Terms from time to time to improve your experience or comply with laws.
• We encourage you to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the App means you accept any updates.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do our best to maintain a safe and enjoyable app, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or available.
